Citadel Priaz may trace its beginnings to New Achimota, Kingsby, one of Ghana's most picturesque localities. The ministry was founded in 2014 as a result of the pioneering work of the Founder (Miss Princess Anna Orraca-Tetteh, now Mrs. Princess Anna Obeng Williams), along with her friends, Mr. Desmond Prah and Mrs. Juliana Addo. They had a passion and vision for winning souls through Evangelism, Prayer and Music. Additionally, fortunate to have a dynamic co-president (Mr. Daniel Obeng Williams) whose leadership and insight have raised the bar for the ministry.
They formed prayer sessions and launched a series of evangelism campaigns on the University of Ghana Legon campus as the ministry's founding members, where the majority of souls were converted to the cause.
Due to their efforts, two branches (Kumasi and Ashaiman) were formed in various regions of the nation in 2017.
Currently, Citadel Praiz has about 30 young people that are active members. Each ministry member is a student at a different public or private institution in Ghana and comes from a different industry.
To promote the gospel, they devote their time, skills, and efforts to evangelism and music ministry. Over the years, many other people who are no longer serving as active ministers with the group but are thriving well in the Kingdom have served in the ministry. We are able to keep serving God gladly because of the ardent prayers we get from all across the world.
